Understanding and applying the complex maze of employment laws governing disability and health leave management can be a daunting task. Tim Loudon, a partner with Jackson Lewis, LLP (and, formerly with Berens & Tate, P.C.), will address the interplay and coordination of the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended by the ADA Amendments Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and South Dakota's workers' compensation laws. Mr. Loudon's presentation will address the nuances and intricacies of these laws, as well as practical strategies for compliance.
