    PATRICIA DOUGHERTY, SPHR, is a former HR Vice President who transitioned from a successful
    career in nursing to Human Resources and now speaking and consulting across the United States.
    Dougherty has spoken to business audiences in more than twenty-four states. Dougherty has dealt with a
    broad variety of personnel issues and has successfully led complex change and conflict resolution efforts
    in both large and small organizations. Her experience as a HR strategist brings balance and perspective
    to the critical issues of workplace communication, employment practice and getting things done through
    others. Dougherty is a Partner and Regional Vice President with The Weston Group and is based out of
    the Sioux Falls SD office.
    RICHARD KREYER has greater than twenty years of experience in human resources and leadership in
    roles from individual practitioner to overall direction of a large complex human resource function. Kreyer
    has a proven record in leadership, strategic planning, labor relations and negotiations, change
    management and creative problem resolution. Kreyer has a Master¡¦s Degree in Industrial Relations from
    the University of Minnesota and is currently an Adjunct Professor in Strategic HR for Metropolitan State
    University. Kreyer is the Vice President of Project Management for The Weston Group and is based out
    of the Saint Paul MN office.
