    Wednesday, May 18th

    8:00 am to 9:15 am

When you are responsible for leading individuals within your organization - especially in a small town – you hear it all!  Employees can complain and gossip all day long and it seems like productivity takes a back seat.  Managing the drama takes a lot of your time and energy.  Discover how you can keep employees focused on their work and not become derailed by the drama of the day.

As a result of this session, participants will:

    • Understand the Dance of Drama and how to manage it
    • Understand a three-step conversation guide to help improve understanding and action
    • How to give quick and meaningful feedback to promote alternate behaviors

1.25 hours General Credits for SPHR/PHR recertification

A Deeper Dive into Drama – A Guide for Quick Conflict Resolution

    9:30 am to 11:30 am

A natural byproduct of any work environment is conflict, chaos and complexity.  Though you would like to avoid it – you cannot, as avoidance is also very costly to the bottom line.  In this two-hour workshop, Alice will take participants into a deeper dive of the Dance of Drama and provide additional tools for resolving conflict with a method that is quick and effective.  In addition, discover three key motivators that every employee needs to feel empowered and engaged.

2.0 hours General Credits for SPHR/PHR recertification
