Company turnover and absenteesim percentages for 2011
Looking for a rough estimate of annual turnover percentages for your company for the 2011 year.
Looking to compare turnover numbers to determine if rates are area-specific or company-specific.
We figure turnover at a monthly rate and then add all months up to get the final turnover percent for the year. For instance, we average about 1.3 % monthly and then added up it is around 16% for the year. If you track absenteeism percentages for your employees, please note that as well.
Also looking for numbers broken out between direct labor turnover and overall turnover.
